Your friendly PCC and Staff Team

Our PCC and Staff Team gathered on a sunny Saturday morning to look at the next round of the Church Development Plan. It was too good an opportunity to miss to get a group photo of this dazzling, er, dazzled, group.

Celebrating with our new Deacon

We celebrate the ordination of Kelly Morris as Deacon at Guildford Cathedral on 28th September. Kelly is a long time member of our congregation who has been discerning God’s call for a new stage in her life journey. Kelly is the latest of a number of people who have been called to ordained ministry, some to serve here in Cobham and others have moved on to serve in other churches. We look forward to journeying with Kelly as she continues her training.

Grow your Everyday Faith with this app

The EverydayFaith app from the Church of England is a daily devotional designed to help us find and follow God in everyday life.
The app will provide you with carefully curated daily reflections, including selected Bible readings, a simple prayer to prepare you for the day ahead, and thoughts based on that week’s theme.
You can download it from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. Read more at https://www.churchofengland.org/faith-life/exploring-faith/everyday-faith

Lost Someone?
Are you processing the loss of someone? it might be recent or might have been years ago.
Does it feel like you are going mad at times? emotional when you don’t want to be? or perhaps numb?
The Bereavement Journey might help you as you make your way through grief or unprocessed loss.
The Autumn course is now closed to new joiners.
Our next Bereavement Journey is hoped to be a daytime starting in January 2026.
